BetRupees 4 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and BetRupees 4 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the BetRupees 4 website, sportsbook, live casino, slots and all associated features. They apply to all registered players and to any person browsing the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR or placing any bet on BetRupees 4, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players in Pakistan. The Pakistan English version is the definitive version for all purposes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the BetRupees 4 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. BetRupees 4 takes underage access seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your age when asked, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending review.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of BetRupees 4 complies with any applicable rules in your specific location. It is your responsibility to determine whether online betting is permitted where you are located before using the platform.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on BetRupees 4. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, device, payment method or household — are not permitted and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances where the duplication was used to exploit bonuses or other platform features.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. BetRupees 4 may request documentation to verify your identity, address or payment methods. Common verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. BetRupees 4 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to request a temporary freeze while the matter is investigated.

3.3 Account Currency

All BetRupees 4 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your balance, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings are all displayed and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees associated with standard PKR transactions on the platform.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting BetRupees 4 support. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method provided that standard verification requirements have been met. BetRupees 4 also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Payments

BetRupees 4 supports PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

There is no fee charged by BetRupees 4 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which for JazzCash and Easypaisa is typically near-instant.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits made using bonus or promotional codes are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
• BetRupees 4 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified or if the account is under review.
• Deposited funds are used for betting and gaming activity on the platform — BetRupees 4 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of PKR winnings and deposits are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible — this is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used routes for Pakistani players and are generally processed promptly within the timeframes described below.

5.1 Processing Times

Standard PKR withdrawal processing times vary by method and account tier. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority queue processing, with Platinum members typically receiving same-day processing and Diamond and Elite members benefiting from the fastest available processing times on the platform. Standard (Silver) accounts are processed in the order received during normal business hours.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

BetRupees 4 may require identity and payment method verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain PKR threshold. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud. Providing the requested documents promptly will avoid delays. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in the withdrawal being held until the matter is resolved.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum PKR withdrawal amounts apply. Specific limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. VIP members at higher tiers have access to increased withdrawal limits — your account manager at Diamond and Elite level can discuss custom limits if required.

5.4 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Any active bonus balance is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account before the withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BetRupees 4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as the PSL and T20 Internationals. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific multiples are stated per promotion.
• One account per bonus — each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim it multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in cancellation and potential account closure.
• Game contribution rates — not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino and slots may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry — bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Abuse — BetRupees 4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where abuse, exploitation of bonus terms or coordinated multi-account activity is detected.

BetRupees 4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Current live promotions are always listed on the Promotions page.

7. Betting Rules

The BetRupees 4 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals and Test matches), football, Esports and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed — indicated by a bet ID being assigned — it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform specifically offers a cash-out or edit option on that particular market. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, obvious pricing errors, market suspension before the bet was properly accepted, or where the integrity of the event is called into question. Void bets are refunded to your PKR account balance at the original stake.

7.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected cricket and football events. Odds during live betting can change rapidly in response to match events. BetRupees 4 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time — including during periods of significant match events such as wickets falling, goals scored or team timeouts. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at the platform's discretion if the outcome was clearly known at the time of placement.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant market. Wins in excess of the stated limit will be paid at the maximum limit amount in PKR.

7.5 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

BetRupees 4 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical errors, data feed failures or human input mistakes. Where a bet has already been settled at incorrect odds, BetRupees 4 may recover the difference or void the bet entirely. Players are expected not to deliberately exploit obvious pricing errors — doing so may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

8. Live Casino and Slots

The Live Casino section of BetRupees 4 offers professionally operated live dealer games — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack and game shows — streamed in real time. All games are supplied by third-party game providers whose software and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems govern outcomes. BetRupees 4 does not control game outcomes; these are determined by the game provider's certified systems.

All bets in Live Casino and Slots are placed in PKR and winnings are credited to your PKR account balance. The specific rules of each game — including side bet options, payout ratios and minimum and maximum table stakes — are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with a game's specific rules before placing a stake.

BetRupees 4 is not liable for losses resulting from your own misunderstanding of game rules, network interruptions on your side or decisions made during gameplay. If a live casino session is interrupted due to a verified technical fault on BetRupees 4's infrastructure, stakes for unresolved rounds will be refunded to your PKR balance.

9. VIP Programme

The BetRupees 4 VIP programme consists of five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Tier progression is automatic: every PKR bet placed on sports, live casino or slots earns loyalty points, and accumulated points determine your current tier standing.

Benefits attached to each VIP tier — including PKR cashback rates, enhanced cricket and sports odds, withdrawal priority, dedicated support access and personalised bonus packages — are detailed on the VIP page. BetRupees 4 reserves the right to adjust tier benefits, point rates and qualification thresholds at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active VIP members where changes are material.

VIP status does not confer any entitlement to credit or guaranteed winnings. Points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts. VIP members remain subject to all standard terms of the platform, including responsible gaming provisions.

10. Responsible Gaming

BetRupees 4 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. Betting should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap that the platform will enforce automatically.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion — request a temporary pause or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetRupees 4 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting obvious technical pricing errors or glitches in games
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies that specifically target BetRupees 4 promotional offers
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or from payment methods that do not belong to you
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Attempting to collude with other players in live casino games
• Any conduct that BetRupees 4 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where prohibited conduct is identified after winnings have been credited, BetRupees 4 reserves the right to recover amounts paid in error and to report relevant activity to appropriate authorities.

12. Privacy and Data

BetRupees 4 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to your data being processed for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification, marketing communications (where opted in) and legal compliance purposes.

BetRupees 4 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data shared with payment providers such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to process your PKR transactions securely. All data is handled with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

13. Limitation of Liability

BetRupees 4 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform availability around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults beyond our reasonable control, or third-party system failures affecting payment processing.

Our liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of BetRupees 4 is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. BetRupees 4 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by BetRupees 4.

14. Changes to These Terms

BetRupees 4 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment options, legal requirements or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the platform after the notified effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
